I became fascinated by the idea that we can give an object personal meaning.
A word. A feeling. A goal. An intention.
If I chose something and carried it with me every day, could it become a reminder of the mindset I wanted to return to?
Could a bracelet remind me to choose calm?
Could a crystal remind me of confidence, strength, love or abundance?
For me, the answer was yes.
Not because the object had to magically change my life, but because I gave it meaning.
