Benefits of using a facial roller

  • Rolling or massaging your skin increases blood circulation to that area which in turn and with time makes your skin look brighter and feel firmer.
  • It helps to decrease puffiness around the eye area, especially if you keep your roller in the fridge and use it cold on your skin. Crystals can hold the cold for quite some time.

Using your Roller

  • Following your normal evening and morning routine, cleanse your skin and apply any toner’s, oils and moisturizers you normally would use.
  • Start by rolling from your jawline to your ears in an upward motion, lifting the roller and repeating this process several times on both sides of the face. Avoid using down strokes.
  • To roll on your forehead start by your eyebrows and roll in an upward motion to your hair line, lifting the roller and starting at the brow again.
  • You can roll directly over your eyebrows from the center out towards your ears, which could help relive headaches.
  • Use once or twice a day for between 5 and 10 min to gain the most benefit.

Caring for your Roller

  • Using a soft wash cloth or towel wipe away any excess oils or moisturizer.
  • You can also wash your roller with the same face wash you use to cleanse your face.
  • Avoid cleansing your roller with hot water as this could cause damage.
  • Let your roller air dry on a soft cloth until its next use.
  • Be careful not to drop the roller as the crystals could chip or break.
